According to Colliers International, during the first quarter of 2020, the results across the Real Estate sector for Central and Eastern European (CEE), showed that the Residential sector took the top spot, followed by office properties taking an estimated 27% share of the market; closely followed by the Industrial and Logistics sector with a 26% share.
Business transactions across this sector during the first quarter, showed good results of approximately Euro 3.9 billion, although some business deals from 2019 were systematically carried, which ended up supporting these results. The Visegrad countries of Poland and the Czech Republic, accounted for about 86% of this total volume of transactions.
